I never tried TikTok. I know what it is but never installed the app.
Last weekend, I tried Youtube's Shorts section, its like TikTok.
2 hours and a half. I stayed in there 2 hours and a half. And I practically forced myself to stop watching.
These things are dangerous. I got hooked almost instantly.
I can only imagine all the times people are spending on TikTok. Its a total waste! These things should be banned. Its dangerous to our society.

- I disagree, the dopamine-hijacking addictive-by-design element was there when suddenly kids got Atari 2600s into their living roomsprophetone
- It’s all they talked about at school w/ friends, besides bmx’ing in the woods, dungeons dragons, Farrah Fawcett posters... jogged home to play Vanguardprophetone
