    Since 2016, there has been a significant increase in the number of Gen Z voters registered to vote. In 2016, voter registration among Gen Z was about 800,000. By the 2020 election, this number had grown to over 2.4 million, indicating a threefold increase in just four years.

    Additionally, it is estimated that 41 million members of Gen Z will be eligible to vote in the 2024 election, with 8.3 million newly eligible since the 2022 midterms.

    This growth highlights the increasing political engagement and potential influence of Gen Z voters in upcoming elections.
