    The IT guy at my company:
    Has most computers locked down so they can't even make Adobe updates without his admin password.
    Won't upgrade us until he's good and ready which is two or three times per year.
    Won't install a plug-in I bought on my own to get work done.
    Ignored outdated GPU driver alerts a co-worker told him about. Instead of listening to him, he reported him to HR because he didn't like "his tone".
