There's just some mad choices being made in/with this show.

Space witches can make force babies.
Jedis roaming around spying on and snatching up kids.
    Lightsabres getting clutched everywhere.
In a universe full of weird and diverse aliens, it's the lesbian witches who are discriminated against and have to flee to an isolated planet.
Sisters love each other then sister does attempted murder.
Somehow all the Witches die in a matter of moments, like in a room, altogether, done dead.

It's all a bit "we do what we want here" — which is fine, but like, if you try and integrate it into a wider mythos and canon you'll have a show with a bit more depth.

I'll still watch episode 4. Shame on me.

    • I didn't like that they were witches but didn't mind people with those abilities. We've seen that since day 1. The Jedis taking kids was awful but it drove oneCyBrainX
    • of them to not talk for years. The rest of them regret it to. I don't remember too many light sabers so far. I don't think discrimination is so unlikely.CyBrainX
    • We didn't see the witches die but there was a fire. No need to criticize that. All in all a good and necessary backstory for the series.CyBrainX
    • It's no criticism, just seemed "fast" for want of a better word. The lightsabre thing is Jedi getting touchy with their rods at any sign of antagonismrobthelad
    • Like Jedi supposed to be mindful and at peace, but they're all jittery. But I do think at a few witches would've managed to evade a fire. Not just lay down.robthelad
    • A fire in a stone temple...i_monk
