    I recommend starting doing push ups, sit ups and squats.
    But start with baby steps.
    If you can do five of each, start by doing that everyday, it will take five to 10 min of your time.
    Slowly increase the reps weeks by weeks or even every two weeks.
    So that it will become an habit.
    If you go from no exercices to full training, you will not last in the distance.
    Slowly you need to hack your brain.
    Google "kaizen"
