    • Also watched family members rapidly decline in health so so fast as the age... the obvious two things I’ve learned from this...prophetone
    • 1. You must exercise every day no matter how much, you have to keep moving, so walks every day even if not long onesprophetone
    • 2. Your mind has to remain busy and sharp of it’ll shut down, mental issues like dementia appear fast if you don’t have hobbies, puzzles, read, get outsideprophetone
    • My gramma in law lived to 99, only in last 2 years did she slow down, she went on daily long walks even with her walker, ate light, gardened, watched footballprophetone
    • Also as you get older and wiser and less young and stupid you realize that you should live every day like it’s the lastprophetone
