Took 5mg Melatonin last night for the first time in my life and had a good 8hr quality sleep that I haven't had in what feels like years.

I have no problems falling asleep but I wake up too early at like 2-3am often and can't fall back asleep.

    Anyone else using it?

    • No, no pils for me, I put on my earphones with relaxing sounds and that's enough for me.OBBTKN

    • Took it for a bit. Had crazy dreams
It works if you use right dosage for yourself. Do not use as habit

    • 5mg is perfect... I've taken it for years. The best part about it is if I only get 5 hours I still feel fairly rested as it truly does help ME sleep that deeplyPonyBoy
    • Ambient music (sleep sounds or ambient sleeping pill on Apple Music), a great mattress/pillow(s) and the odd mg of gravel or melatonin.ideaist

    • Hey, NBQ00 - I've done as much as you have, but apparently the useful productive dose of melatonin is more like 0.3 mg, Too much can be disruptive, if anythingNairn

    • There is 6 hour slow release melatonindrgs
    • I see no big deal in taking up to 5mg. Melatonin is like Vitamin-D and a hormone "vitamin" that is produced by the sun too.NBQ00
