Took 5mg Melatonin last night for the first time in my life and had a good 8hr quality sleep that I haven't had in what feels like years.
I have no problems falling asleep but I wake up too early at like 2-3am often and can't fall back asleep.
Anyone else using it?

It works if you use right dosage for yourself. Do not use as habitfuturefood - 5mg is perfect... I've taken it for years. The best part about it is if I only get 5 hours I still feel fairly rested as it truly does help ME sleep that deeplyPonyBoy
