    Had an absolutely lovely and refreshing cocktail from a recipe passed to me by a friend of mine. Perfect for this hot, muggy heat wave. If it has a name, I have no idea what it is.

    Goes something like this:

    (Per glass)

    6 cl yuzu sake
    6 cl dry gin
    2 cl pineapple juice
    2 cl simple syrup
    1 sprig of coriander

    Bung everything into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a whisky tumbler. Add more ice as desired. Drink. Make a new one. Drink. Get ripped.
