i think i may have inadvertently been involved in a road rage incident?
traffic was going slow in the left lane of the highway so I proceeded past a gray van and a white truck. the van going slow and the truck right on his bumper. as soon as i got in front of the van, another car moved over slowing traffic, so now my right turn signal is on and a white van is right beside me. i'm stuck.
the gray van then comes screaming up besides me, passing on the left rumble strips while i'm still in the left lane. surprised by this, I look over and there is a gun being pointed at me, held by the driver. i slam on the brakes. the truck's turbo whines loudly as it spins up and he takes off around me on the right. both of them speeding off.
I speed up to get the van's plates, he brake checks me but I still call 911 with the info. i follow at a distance to my exit, informing the dispatcher of their exit / direction before mine.
