I happened to hear the 1992 song "Waiting for Magic" by Ace of Base. At that time my English was not so good. Today I hear the lyrics and first I have to puke, then I laugh and afterwards I think: What the fuck, the lyrics are 30 years later as up-to-date as never before.
There are so many young women out there who dream of being saved by a prince. The princess thing is so big and so antithetical to the woken zeitgeist of emancipation and advancement.
