Ocarina of Time is the best video game ever made. I love the fuck out of Zelda.
But I aint a kid anymore so video game time is very very limited. And oh fuck does this new Zelda game demand a shit ton of your time.... to do a whole lot of nothing....
One of the most unrewarding Zelda's ever made with a really dull gameplay loop. Super overrated. Awful voice acting. Awful story. Same old dated graphics. Same map. The fighting mechanics are annoying as fuck. And why is Zelda a game about grinding for materials now?
It's like they were overflowing with imagination and genius, then the acid wore off and they ran out of ideas on how to make any of it fun. And then they got tired and just threw it all into a half-baked DLC version of the first game.
If breath of the wild was a homage to studio Ghibli. This is an homage to shitty low budget Saturday morning cartoons.
