Russian parliament moves to widen prohibition against 'LGBT propaganda' to include adults

The new bill expands a 2013 ban on what authorities call "propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations" aimed at minors, by also prohibiting the spread of such information to people aged 18 and older.
It outlaws all advertising, media and online resources, books, films and theatre productions deemed to contain such "propaganda", a concept loosely defined in the legislation.
