Not a vid, but there’s too much for a note for the NEOM vid.
They’re proposing to take the Kowloon Walled City model, but actually make it a wall.
That was a population of 50,000 people, and it took no time at all for it to devolve into absolute madness. Put 9,000,000 people in that situation and in the desert? You’re gonna need a Judge Dredd or 12 for that shit.
