Do you ever go smartphone-free for extended periods of time? What's your experience?
I'd miss:
- Camera
- Maps/navigation
- Music streaming/podcasts
- Calendar & remindersBut maybe I wouldn't miss much else.

- I don’t even use my phone. It’s not charged half the timescarabin
- There are "device admin" apps which you can use to lock other apps you dont want to access for a given period of timedrgs
- i'd miss mapping, camera, being able to record sounds, viber for family chat, but not much else.hans_glib
- I went back to an old dumbphone for a year or so a while back. Main thing I missed was quick text input, which borked emailing. Maps & Camera otherwise.Nairn
- i have a no phone in bedroom rule to keep screentime in check. also reduced urge to use phone at all.uan
- i use my phone mainly for reading ebooks.
