    I mean, they aren't even working. There is this social stigma against being the first one to leave or just to leave from work on regular time, so office workers end up having "competitions" in sitting chained to their chairs for hours, lock themselves in toilets to have a nap while waiting for others to leave, or do some meaningless tasks to fill time, which all together create a grossly inefficient, completely rigid office culture, which produces nothing.
