I appreciate earphone manufacturers selling replacement cushions for their products. Especially if said product was over 300 €, and you don't want to fork out for a new unit *just* because the cushions have got tatty over time.
But, fuck me, at least include a tool of some sort to help get the fucking things off, Bose. Damn near twisted a thumb nail off, trying to jimmy the old things off.
