    • Does Kickstarter do any kind of promotion off their site? Never thought of it before. It's just a platform and middleman but doesn't seem to do anything.i_monk
    • Hmm. According to kickstarter, 10-30% of backers come from within their site. Looks like some folks just like to browse around and back thingsscarabin
    • I think people browse the site in various categories, for interesting items an concepts to back. But ultimately, the promotion is your job.jagara

    • Easy to donate if you’ve used KS before is how they come up with that 10-30% number. More likely to spend if I’m already using the platform.imbecile
    • I’d rather you just have a PayPal link on a website that tells me what my money is for. I prefer the seller get most of the funds.imbecile
