    That is the story of a children’s book called The Plot Against the King, which former president Donald Trump is promoting to help the younger generation understand his version of events behind his first impeach-ment.

    Published by a company with a range of books to help children “appreciate the freedom we adore in America”, it was written by Kash Patel, 42, a former White House and Pentagon adviser whom Trump reportedly considered as acting head of the CIA in the dying days of his administration.
