Report by a British think tank on current state of the conflict. The authors claim to be drawing partly on a set of leaked documents from the Russian government.
Some interesting details on Russia's failures so far but they make a disturbing prediction: Putin may use the May 9 victory day celebration not as a deadline to end the conflict, but to officially declare war and start mobilizing a larger fighting force.
