If you deliver a project late, mostly due to your underestimating how long it will take, do you offer a discount?

- No discount unless they're a great client. I've found that doubling my initial estimate is usually fairly accurate and still sometimes a bit low.mandomafioso
- Only give discounts if you're way over budget. Or like the above said - if they're a great and potentially long term client, or will produce 'instant' referralscanoe
