  I once got sent the Logo for B magazine from their marketing department. Someone opened Word, and typed the letter B in Times New Roman and sent it to me (on CD!). When I recieved the file and enquired what they were doing I was answered by,
  "What? I thought that was you're job. I might as well do everything myself."
