    Trying to watch the Irishman on Netflix. About 7 minutes there's a scene where they've produced the younger Pesci and DeNiro. Throughout that scene the audio doesn't line up with the mouths. Like sloppy ADR, or almost as bad as some overdubbed films.

    Is the whole thing like this? Digitally enhanced (deepfake) younger actors that their voices don't even line up? Did this movie win an Oscar? Good grief it's unwatchable

    • The gas station scene ? I stopped the film right there. They're supposedly in their 30s, walking all stiff and looking like their old selves without wrinkles..spl33nidoru
    • Yeah the gas station scene. I think the point of this movie was the "impressive" effect of making them younger. It looks like shit!

      The only film it's been done wonderfully is Benjamin Button, but it probably helped that Brad Pitt was at the middle of the age span      spl33nidoru
