- I once pitched a brand design for some friends' partners' cafe. I mistook the name for the cafe for the pisstake name my friends had given the endeavour..Nairn

- 50k flyers trashed and reprinted at night in 2 places because of one error on a map what nobody noticed just after opening the first package ahaha fun times********
- Had a wear/ware mixup slip through to new store construction wraps. We'd caught it at the time but an Illy bug reverted the change and it wasn't caught again.i_monk
