Saw it Friday night, late showing. Pre cinema warm up included 8 cocktails, mdma and about 2foot of reefer.

Absolutely loved it. Visually and aurally magnificent. The sweeping vistas and subtle technology effects like the shields were just right. It felt more personal than Bladerunner, more human.

Javier Bardem ruled every scene he was in. I was disappointed with Zendaya and Jason Mamoa and wanted more of Oscar Isaacs.

However, i cannot recall one single scene from it. And so i'm gonna watch it again this week, less 'adjusted'. :)

    • I reckon it could do with a few re-watches, quite a lot to take in. Good going on being that melted to go see it.PhanLo
    • Thanks. It took it's toll, the task of buying a Coke and some popcorn before hand was a test.... an epic test. We failed. Had to ask a twelve year old...Morning_star
    • ...to order the drinks through the most overly complex UI. Before this we'd queued for 10mins not realizing you needed to order on the McDs-like screens.Morning_star

    • Went with my wife and a bunch of drinks; was fantastic. I’d say like the blade runner remake the tone was just right.ideaist
