Who gives a fuck about Gabby Petito? Don't you remember the Halloway chick that disappeared in Aruba? CNN and everyone were broadcasting all day it like it was 9/11.
It's so fucked up to me that when a pretty, blonde, white girl dies or disappears, we act like we care about violence against 'the innocent.' Human trafficking is the second biggest illegal industry in the world after drug trafficking, and every one of those people at one point disappeared, and many will wind up dead.
People only care about this chick because 1) she is hot, and 2) we don't believe that bad things should happen to privileged people like us.
