  More often than not, the choice is given to the players whether they feel up for taking a penalty. They're not forced. Really feel for the lads to then come away and get the racial abuse they have is fucking horrible. I still think Southgate is a defensive manager, but I've seen England play some of the best football I've ever seen them play in this tournament. Cool, calm and decisive. This young team can certainly better this.
