a friend of mine is threatening to sue a restaurant/bar on social media because he ordered a bitters and tonic and they served him two vodka tonics, which he drank and only realized at the end that they were vodkas.

he's not an alcoholic, but he doesn't drink. he says it could be 'negligent manslaughter.'

    thoughts?

    • How did he not know, from putting his nose into the glass he was drinking from, that it contained alcohol? And then, after the first sip?Nairn
    • Frankly, suing for 'negligent manslaughter' is a stupidly-retarded reaction to getting the wrong drink in a BAR.Nairn
