On a sidenote, and after the 'occupation as an export industry' meme above - Israel is successfully planting the easily-plausible concept of decapitation strikes in a way I don't think we've quite seen before. 9/11 and Gulf War I aside. The US took out the Chinese Embassy in the Yugoslavian war.
Again, this feels different. Almost normalised.
It's easy to drop a building, if you've the will and the means.
China and Taiwan must be reading these events in similar, if entirely opposite ways.
