neither. the problem is that 'discrimination' is a political buzzword that today has almost nothing to do with people being treated unfairly due to ethnicity, religion, gender, etc... it's an alternative to putting your car on the traintracks and collecting insurance. it's a way to get what you want at work, school, wherever. it's been abused and no one can argue with that.
i just have to question special rights and priveledges for minorties because i don't feel that they serve the purpose today that they did when affirmative action was first introduced. then, it was effective and justified. today, i can't say for sure.
