    Weekly "Production Call" feels like I've wasted my life...

    ...Anyone else have a gruelling weekly call that is a stressor before and almost immediately AFTER as well?

    Also, feeling underwhelmed as I've not worked on anything other than delegation today... *sigh* / first world problem.

    • I do but my team is great. We laugh our asses off first then talk about projects the last 5 minutes.stoplying
    • I have my team do a 15 minutes (hard stop!) standup meeting every morning. It's less pressure to report than weekly so a bit more time for fun in my experience.zarkonite
