    Bought this thing for my back


    The only thing which helps with my backpain. We have one at the gym, but since the gyms are closed my back has never been worse...
    If this does not help, I'm calling the police.

    In my experience, roman chairs (horizontal) are better than hyperextension (angled ones):

    If you don't have a roman chair, reverse hyperextension on a table second best thing:

    • 80% improvement. I've used it before, so I know it works for me. But you have to build yourself up gradually. I was really sore in my hamstrings the first daysdrgs
    • Erector, glutes, hamstrings, all work together. If one of them is tight or weak, or out of balance versus opposing muscles, somehow it leads to backpaindrgs
    • One theory I had was that these tiny muscles get tight from inactivity
