Was in emergency tonight. Have had what felt like mini heart attacks all week which I put off as heart burn. Anyway, all tests came back fine, and most likely is anxiety. Fucking anxiety. I mean, be nice if my body just let me be stressed instead of making it feel like I'm dying.

    • Take care of this... Exercise, go out, do long walks, do other things than work related ones....OBBTKN
    • ...and try not to take anxiolytics!

      Good luck!

    • Meditation sounds stupid but works. Get off the caffeine and alcohol for a bit. It helps. Def get out and walk, run, hike, bike, etc. Also talk to someone.shellie

    • Therapy works but you don't always have the money for that. Talk to your partner or family. There are also affordablremote therapy options like better help.shellie
    • Focus on your breathing. You can stop an anxiety attack just with that (look it up). ground yourself after. Take a walk, then a shower or bath. Slow down.shellie
    • yeah get some mindfulness meditation recordings to chill to before bed.microkorg
    • Meditation is powerful. Can be frustrating but gets less so with practice and the rewards are huge.mort_
