Haven't seen this mentioned but on the night of them leaving the European union the UK decided that the second Covid-19 vaccination injection would not be 3 weeks after the first, but postponed up to 12 weeks later.

Pfizer have tested the vaccine's efficacy only when the two vaccines were given up to 3 weeks apart.

    • with their results of doing things their own way with covid-19 so far, I'm a little worried what this may lead to.Nutter
    • Maybe they figure they can double the number of inoculations for the available stock in a short period by changing the protocol? Worries around super covid?monNom
    • that is no doubt why they're doing it. Twice as many people who are 60-70% immune, instead of half of that who are 90%+
Problem is its not been tested that way.

    • Not a fan of taking half the medicine to spread it out. The irony is the elderly mostly voted for Brexit, and because of that they won't get second vac. as fastNutter
