Wife and I are thinking of buying a second house. This and our retirement funds' monthly costs are going to put us again in "poverty-mode" (no brand new cars, no expensive trips...).
Going to talk with her about it during this next january, look at our expenses, savings, etc.
Awww... What would our life as a couple be without these exciting moments? LOL
