Seems like if I want to get a full-time job now, I need to significantly reduce my salary expectations. One job I just interviewed for offered almost 50% less then what I made before lol. I understand that the market and budgets are fucked, but geez.

    • Seems job seekers don't have the upper hand and job providers can get away with shit in the current economic situation.shapesalad

    • Take the job and work only 25% as hard as you used to. Math goes both ways, fuckers.monNom
    • Take the job and keep sending job applications out. If you are in full time employment you are in a stronger negotiation position.Nutter
    • I moved from freelance to full time 2 years ago; 1/2 hourly rate, 40 hours instead of who knows how much and efficiency went up 10 fold.

      Consistency is king.
