Seems like if I want to get a full-time job now, I need to significantly reduce my salary expectations. One job I just interviewed for offered almost 50% less then what I made before lol. I understand that the market and budgets are fucked, but geez.

- I moved from freelance to full time 2 years ago; 1/2 hourly rate, 40 hours instead of who knows how much and efficiency went up 10 fold.
