    def. some people feel like they need to be super active otherwise they get antsy and that will defeat the purpose of the more chilled yoga-can't remember the name i do but it's combo of meditative and poses
    i'm the type of person who can happily sit still doing nothing.
    but if that doesn't suit weights or
    jogging would be better.
    i do all of those. i like to mix it up
