My job is remote, easy and boring. I feel fortunate to have a job and my coworkers like me and my work and I like them and we have nice zoom calls.

But I feel like I'm not working to my potential and sit at a computer all day and miss doing things with others in the real world.

I don't want to stay home and stare at my screen for 40 hours a week doing a job that's kinda basic for another year.

But it's also hard to look for different types of jobs.

People at the supermarket seem happier. But I make more money than them and trained to get where I am.

    • that's what pretty much everybody is having to go through. Just focus on the 1st paragraph for now. The final paragraph is bollocks.Fax_Benson

    • Ever heard of weed, man? It's the only way to work remotely and keep things lively. And, yes, bike as much as possible to clear the brain. Stack $$ otherwise.davey_g
