  My dad thinks it was made in a Chinese lab, and told me last night that it looks like the Chinese have supercharged it - that's why our numbers are up. He's not a scientist, btw - just watches Fox.

  I asked him why virtually every other country has gotten it under control then? The US is the only place with the supercharged one?

  Nope, he hadn't thought it through that far.
