  Today I decided I’m gonna bake some home made fries.

  Does anyone cook them before baking them? I decided not to and will go like this here:

  • Didn't watch the video, but my advice is slice up some Yukon Golds, soak them in water for about 45min before baking them. Gets the starch out.garbage
