Garbage, at least get a Endoscopy to have some idea. I had a year or 2 ago because I have much of the symptons. But I don't haveit They don't know what I have, but i'm guessing a overdose of coffee and stress because of the business. I get where you come from. They also found a lump (begnine) in my Thyroid. My mom had cancer there and it spread out to her spine. You need to have some certaintity. Its scary, but don't self diagnose. It drives you mad, and your loved ones away.
