7.30am - fire number 2. Billowing smoke into his neighbour's houses. He's not even there - indoors having his breakfast with the windows shut.
20 mins later he's ventured out to chuck more crap on it. Quite unlike me, I 'have a word'
After claiming it's no different to a bbq, he puts it out.
