    My neighbor... I moved into a house in the suburbs about 3 years ago. My neighbor is retired and doesn't have a wife or kids living at home so he's sitting on his porch at least 8 hours a day. Whenever I'm working outside in the yard he comes over and offers a hand. At first it was helpful. He has a bunch of power tools that he lets me borrow, like rototillers and pressure washers etc etc. After a few months of living next to him he dropped the N-Word in-front of me. I was a bit taken back because I dont hang out with anyone that talks like that but I let it slide for some reason. Then after another few months he said it again but this time in front of my wife and kids. This time I had to say something. I told him to never to talk that way in front of me again especially in front of my kids. He apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. Then a few weeks ago he said "I know you don't like this kind of talk but..." and told me a racist joke including the N- Word. I was livid and told him that wasn't funny and he apologized again.
    So today he comes over to borrow a few tools from me to change the oil in his young nieces car. I lent him my car ramps and then he comes over and asks me if I have an oil filter wrench, one that will fit this "Jap" car. then he goes on and on saying derogatory things about the japanese because the one he has doesnt fit this small filter. I retaliate slightly making fun on how many times his american car has been in the shop (it still is at this exact moment).
    So after he finishes the oil change I see him pouring the used oil into a mulch bed between our two houses. I don't know why this infuriates me more than his racist language but I'm about to go over and punch him in the mouth over contaminating my soil.
    P.S. He also has a Make America Great Hat sitting in his front window sill so I'm not sure why I was nice to him in the first place.
