If sharks are evil then why not get the Spanish to sink a few more oil tankers. Okay, there'd be some colateral damage with a few million fishes killed... but then if your goinna do a job then do it right.
And if the Spanish won't do it then I'm sure the pirates will. Those guys are really pissed at sharks.
