Just thinking this morning.
If ever there was a moment of opportunity to reshape our future to something more sustainable, this is that moment.
Let's hold the assholes in politics to account. Don't fall into the trap of letting them resort to the simple ideas from decades-old grade school textbooks. On this site and most other forums there's a dumb argument brewing about socialism vs capitalism as though either of those terms have any relevance outside of theory. Don't fall into the trap of keeping the same dead argument alive.
We have to be bold, take risks, shake things up. No doubt someone here will accuse me of communism, but that's not at all what any of us should want. No Bernie socialism, no Neo-liberalism, no tech-bro saviors either.
I don't know what the answer is, but that's okay we've got at least a year and maybe two or three to think about the future we want to see in the world. Let's all do our part. And let's listen a little more carefully to educated people who are thinking outside the current boxes.
