So what about Sweden?
They had no lockdown or quarantine measures in place at all. Business as usual.
Their numbers aren’t really any different (or even lower) than most countries.
Does this prove that in the end all the lockdown was useless and people will get infected anyway (but show no symptoms)?
- not true, they have a similar population to Greece who took cautious measures:
Sweden-14,435 cases, 1540 fatal
Greece- 2,235 cases, 113 fatal_niko - sweden: top 30 in infections and top 10 in deaths per capita.
https://www.worldome…_niko - more deaths per capita than the US and the US is a shitshow. So not sure why they're holding up Sweden as some kind of model_niko
- and according to that article, they DO have measures in place, people ARE staying home and higher grades in Schools ARE closed, so it's not a free for all._niko

- Seems that places with less restrictions serve as an experiment, like the protests and the beaches.ayport

- Sweden is messed up, do not go that route. Their chief health worker is constantly saying stuff as "people have died, but they were going to do that anyway"Nutter
