If you are treated with hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, head lice drugs or whatever, will you have the immunity afterwards as if the infection ran its natural course?
Otherwise you are immediately infected again

    • actually misread your question, not sure but i'd lean towards no still._niko
    • Infected again. I think the only reason you might take a treatment (at this point) is if you are DEFINITELY about to die and have nothing to lose.nb
    • Anyone self-medicating now is not thinking nor acting rationallynb
    • immunity would come from producing antibodies unrelated to these drugs — these drugs just abate the symptoms,Gnash
    • Even if you have T cell immunity - a different strain could infect you. Hence why you need a flu shot each year.shapesalad
    • However, Forsythia... is the cure.shapesalad
    • Yes, you'll never have head lice again.webazoot
    • that ivermectin study was in a test tube btw. there is no method of targeting the virus in the body with it. it's daft that it's even being reported.kingsteven
