    Seeing as 90%+ of coronavirus(Wuhan Virus) deaths are people with pre existing conditions, why doesn't the USA follow UK, confine those with pre exiting conditions to home quartine - pay them/financially protect them. Let the rest of the workforce go back to work if they can't work from home. Then clamp down on any outbreaks aggressively, by creating a localised lockdown.
