    Uncertainty and anxiety are becoming the normal day to day state of mind. I'm desperately clinging to the hope that when we come out of all this, we'll be the better for it but for now I am trying to be grateful for the sheer depth of awareness this has brought. And yet, despite everything I still desperately long for distraction, now more than ever.
