So, does anyone have any thoughts on vaping CBD oil or the effects of vaping at all in this time? I've been reading that considering 80% of Americans are bound to get it at some point, keeping your lungs as healthy as possible as the best thing anyone can do.
I just got a refill of my CBD pens, but something all of a sudden just makes me think "maybe I should cut this out for a bit." It would be stupid to do anything that decreases lung health.
However, I will say this: I use it in the morning - one 5-6 second puff, and maybe once in the evening - one 5-6 second puff. I'm not doing this nearly as much as people who vape nicotine all day long, and, I only started using it in vape format about 3 weeks ago or so. Don't even do it every day.
Any advice?
- You're pretty likely to catch COVID-19, and yeah it fucks up your lungs hard. You're risking your ability to have a healthy active lifestyle – maybe for years.********
- I would stop immediately. If you get the COVID you will wish like hell you had quit.********
- I've stopped using my oil vape pen. If I need to get high I'll eat it. I used it 3-5x a week with 3 puffs on average.mandomafioso
- I'm so glad I quit smoking JUST before vaping was a thing otherwise i'd prob still be vaping 8+ years later.microkorg
- 3 weeks? Get out while you can! ;)
Don't think a quick vape like that a day will do much harm tho.microkorg - it won‘t kill you, but your best chances to get a mild disease is to push your health to the max before getting sick.uan
- if it‘s just 2puff a day...risks to get more and more while the stress builds up (and it probably will) is high. mix some drops in yoghourt instead of vaping ituan
