used to have a lot of sleep paralysis.
I had it so often, I got really tired of it. Then later, I was able to sleep through it.could control dreams several times. Now I just don't dream anymore.
- How long were your spells? I've had a few where the gf has been trying to wake me up for half an hour, and the entire time I'm trying to shout:garbage

- Lots of sleep paralysis here. Do you also have sleep apnea or what would you attribute to the paralysis?bezoar
- No apnea. I'm not sure how long the paralysis later. Hard to react time in that state.pango

- However I also used to experience sleep walking when I was about 8-10pango
- I have paralysis, night terrors, sleepwalking. Sleep run at times. Crash into things. My gf is on standing orders to slap me awake if something seems off.garbage
- Once I was fully awake, just getting out of bed to get a glass of water and she slapped the shit out of me because she thought I was having an episode.garbage

- Ha yeah, slapping is necessary evil. Our old apt was 3rd floor with a balcony, and I woke up with the front doorknob in my hand wondering where the fuck I was.garbage
